Guarantee
We will require your guaranteed number of guests by 11 a.m. (10)
business days prior to the event. Once this number is received, you will
be charged for the guarantee even if fewer attend, or if you cancel after
this time. Should your attendance go over the guarantee, you will be
charged the actual number, or for any higher subsequent guarantee that
you submit to us. Meals will be prepared for the guarantee number and,
if requested, the room will be set for 5% above the guarantee.

Menu Prices
Menu selections, room set-up and other pertinent details should be
submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event date. This will be included
on your banquet event order (BEO). The attached menu prices are our
current rates and may be subject to change. Definite pricing will be
confirmed 6 weeks prior to the event dates. If you prefer a special menu,
we will be glad to work with you to accommodate your specific requests.

Deposit and Payment
Facility rental is due at the time of booking your event. This is a
non-refundable deposit. At signing the BEO a 50% deposit of all costs is
expected (approximately 6 weeks prior to event). Payment may be made
by check, cash, money order or credit card.

Food Policies
According to Wisconsin Administrative Code (DH & SS, Section 196.07),
no food may be allowed in any function room from outside sources.
The only exception is the wedding cake.
Excess food items will not be allowed to leave the facility. We have
adopted this policy to prevent the potential legal liability and poor
publicity associated with the mishandling of food.

China
Professional service staff, china, glassware and silverware are included
with facility rental for all functions. Some additional china,
set-up and service fees may apply.
